croik | Bit torrent...?

Does anyone know how to run a bit torrent tracker? I've been wanting to do one for my music videos for a long time, but it's like...hard (XD). I'm reading this site and it's saying you can find some site for the tracker, and put this url into the torrent, and this and that and WAH I just want to upload a cute little torrent and share things.

I have a web page and decent bandwidth so it sounds like I could run the thing myself, but these pages aren't helping me any. Anyone understand this stuff? =O
