So I received my first ever Employee Holiday Gift (other than the big cookies we used to get when I worked at the cafeteria in college). It's a stuffed animal of...dog poo.

No really, I'm not kidding. But it is kinda cute.
Otherwise, work is really good. I've got two projects upcomming, both of which from series I've worked on before. I'm starting to feel pretty confident about it my position; my boss called me last week to ask if I could do a rush job for him, since one of their books was behind. Usually I get 4 weeks to complete each book, (though I usually finish it in one, or one and a few days, depending on the size). But the book he wanted from me was 205 pages (most I've ever done) within the week. I don't know if he chose me to ask because I had worked twice with the series before, or because he thought I'd do the best job with the limited time, or maybe just because no one else would. But I was really flattered, and pumped the thing through in 4 days. He'd better be impressed!
I'm leaving for Florida early tomorrow morning, so I won't be around until Monday night, for anyone that cares :P. While I'm gone, think of something I can use for my LJ layout XD! Now that I have enough icons, all I need is a layout... I'm thinking something Metal Gear, but I'm not sure what... Hmm....
